If the App Store says Hiddify is unavailable, sign in to the store with a second Apple Account registered in another region, then download again. Leave iCloud as it is.

Make sure Hiddify is installed, then press Add again. Still nothing? Press Copy beside the link below Add. In Hiddify, press + and choose Clipboard.

Open Setup on that device, sign in to the same account and follow the steps. For a phone, you can also choose its system in Setup here and scan the code with it.

Tap refresh in Hiddify to fetch the config again.

Turn off other VPN apps, then connect again.

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then try again.

Turn off other VPN and booster apps, then connect again. Try another network to see whether the network itself is slow. Server speeds right now are on Service status.

Once connected, all your traffic goes through our servers. A few sites block visits from a VPN; disconnect while you use them.

Update Hiddify to the latest version, then connect again.

Update it in the App Store.

Sign in with your email, a passkey or your account code. Each one opens the same account.

You don’t need one. On the sign-in page, choose Continue without email and save your account code. You sign in with it from then on.

In a browser that’s still signed in, open My account and save the code. You can also sign in with a passkey you previously added or the account’s linked email. If you cannot use any of these methods and have lost the code, the account cannot be recovered.

Reset it in My account. The old link stops working at once, and every device has to add it again.

Renew it in My account. You can renew early too: the time is added on, so none is lost.

In My account, turn off Auto-renewal. Your plan runs to its end date as usual.

In My account, press Update payment and use another card.

By card or with crypto. Crypto is paid upfront and never charged again: renew by hand when it ends.
